Many people wanted to Deactivate their Facebook (Social Media) account but they are not able to do due to the lack of knowledge. So today I am going explain you the easiest way of deactivating your Facebook account.

To Deactivate Your Facebook Account

Follow The Steps Given Below:

1. Go to Account and click on Account Settings.

2. Account Settings Page will be opened and you will see a Deactivate option, in-front of Deactivate Account. Click on the same.

3. Select any of the option which you want, and then click on the Confirm option.

4. It will ask for password, so enter your current password there and click on the Deactivate Now option.

5. Finally, your account will be Deactivated and you will get the message as shown below: 

NOTE:  Deactivating your account dose not mean that you are deleting it permanently, it means that you don't want to access Facebook. It can be restored by Log-in to your Facebook Account.
