Method 3: Bypassing URL offline is also a very good trick. It may work or not, that i can't say because it depends on your security system. But this trick works most of the times. To access blocked websites by bypassing URL offline, follow the steps given below:
1. Go to Start and then click on Run.
2. Type cmd in the box and click on OK.
3. Now you need to type the name of the website in the command prompt which you want to open. The format will be - ping website.com
For example: For opening Facebook - ping facebook.com
For opening Twitter - ping twitter.com
When you will enter the website name in the format told above, you will see an IP Address as shown below:

4. Finally, copy and paste the IP Address given in the command prompt in the address bar of the browser and press Enter. Now you must be accessible to that particular website.
